Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MarginLens (“we”, “us”, operated by Dragon Group) collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect your email address to run the free trial and the subscription. The prices you look up stay on your device.
1. What stays on your device
These are stored only in your browser's extension storage and are never sent to us:
- Your margin percentage, GST rate and GST-inclusive setting
- Your recent lookups (the prices you selected and the results)
- The text you select on a web page. The extension reads it on your device only to check whether it looks like a price. It is never transmitted.
Removing the extension deletes this data from your browser.
2. What we collect and why

We do not collect your browsing history, the pages you visit, or the contents of web pages. We use no advertising or analytics trackers, and this website sets no cookies.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay on its own secure pages. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay tells us your email, subscription ID, plan, billing dates and whether a payment succeeded, failed or was cancelled.
4. Who handles your information
We use these service providers, who process information only to help us run MarginLens:
- Google (Google Apps Script, Google Sheets and Gmail) — hosts our server, stores the records in section 2, and sends verification-code emails.
- Razorpay — processes subscription payments.
- Pabbly Connect — an automation service that receives payment notifications from Razorpay and updates our records.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising or for credit decisions. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your email and subscription records while your trial or subscription is active and afterwards as needed to prevent trial abuse, resolve disputes and meet accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your records (see below); we may keep what the law requires us to keep.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing dragonenterprisesgroup@gmail.com from the address you used. We will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 7 working days.
7. Security
Requests between the extension and our server are sent over HTTPS, and our records are kept in access-controlled Google accounts. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
8. Children
MarginLens is a business tool and is not intended for children under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
